The breakfast options were quite plain and unexciting. The front desk staff displayed inconsistent friendliness, often lacking a warm smile. I also faced issues with noisy surroundings which impacted my overall comfort .

Tbh, had an excellent stay during my first visit in Hanoi. Had great location very close to the stop of the Vietnam Airlines shuttel to the airport, close to a famous prison. And it was also near night life.

For a more enjoyable stay, request a room on upper floors to minimize noise from the lobby and streets.

Had an enjoyable breakfast with cheese, freshly made options and a very nice waitress. Amazing location to attractions like Hoan Kiem Lake, that was minutes from the hotel.

It was just a nice choice for a swift stopover in Hanoi with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff helped us coordinate a last-minute tour that turned out to be lovely. Check the Wi-Fi connection first, it might be spotty in some rooms.

Loved the spacious room with a huge balcony and perfect location for exploring. Jenny.

Upon arrival, the transfer from the airport was poorly managed, with the driver arriving late and driving distractedly. Although the room was spacious, it was not cleaned properly before we checked in, and there were issues like a lack of toilet paper and faulty blinds. The staff's refusal to pack our breakfast as takeaway left us hungry until late afternoon on our flight, highlighting a lack of consideration for guest comfort.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old quarter but tucked away down a lesser street which really cuts down on the noise! The staff were super nice and the breakfast spread looked soooo delicious 🍳😋

Great location and awesome staff!

The vibes here are just perfect, trendy but chill! The spacey room and super comfy bed made it hard to leave. Breakfast had solid options too. What really stood out was the staff. They helped us plan our Ha Long Bay trip and even remembered my wife's bday with a surprise cake! Only downside was the shower water pressure was low sometimes.

Recommend it for couples avoiding hassles

Ms. Jenny at the front desk was the true highlight of the stay. She went out of her way to, like when I missed breakfast timing, and she whipped up some scrambled eggs and toast for me, all with a warm smile.

It wasn't exactly cheap but acceptable for the stay.

The location was exceptionally nice, really close to the center and old quarter, St Joseph's Cathedral, and main attractions like Hoan Kiem Lake. the hotel was in a quiet street. - We were offered a superb and enjoyable breakfast with fresh options, cheese, and a very nice waitress.
